You can be a team member and help for one four hour shift or you can help for three four hour shifts. The more shifts you work the earlier you shop with no crowds. If you work 1 shift you earn 65% and 2 shifts then you will earn 70% of your sales. If you work 3 or 4 shifts then you will earn 75% of your sales.
